Northwoods Graphics & Consultation specializes in Macintosh hardware/software installation, troubleshooting and maintenance as well as internet implementation and programming.

I am an enthusiastic supporter of technologies new and old, and enjoy finding ways to make their implementation easy and useful for those whom will benefit from them. While Northwoods Graphics & Consultation has specialized in Macintosh system support since 1995, I have also found myself responsible for the support of many Windows systems and servers as well as various non-computer technologies such as phone systems, video setups, eBook readers, PDAs, cell phones and more.

The nature of on-call support work has exposed me to a variety of difficult situations that require extremely fast and precise resolution. Working with clients and students of all levels of expertise, has honed my communications skills. I am able to effectively communicate using language that is accessible yet specific, allowing me to resolve complicated issues in person or remotely, on the phone or via remote connection. I listen to one’s needs and we then work together to keep their current systems running smoothly and plan future systems that fit their requirements and budget.
