Remote support sessions will be billed at $50 for the first half hour, $1.25/minute there after. All remote services will be billed immediately following remote session (MC, Visa, Discover and Amex only)
While I can’t do all work this way, hardware installs (hard drives, memory, etc.), major system upgrades (10.4 to 10.5, minor upgrades like 10.4.3 to 10.4.11 or 10.5.2 to 10.5.6 are possible), or internet connection problems, will require an onsite visit. But this option could save you substantial money and me substantial travel time.
